How long does it take to get set up?

Does my audience need to download anything?

No download required. Plate is a progressive web app that works in any browser. Your audience can add it to their home screen for an app-like experience. No app store required.

What happens after my free trial?

After 7 days, your plan starts at $199/month or $1,999/year. You'll enter your payment details when you sign up, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then with no charge.

How do I get paid?

You connect your Stripe account during onboarding. Revenue from user subscriptions and recipe pack sales flows directly to your Stripe account. You keep 80% of every transaction — Plate retains a 20% platform fee. Payouts follow your standard Stripe schedule.

What if my audience has different dietary restrictions?

Each user sets their own family's restrictions during onboarding. The AI filters your recipe library per user — so someone who is gluten-free only ever sees gluten-free options, while another user sees the full library.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed once per year. No setup fees, no cancellation fees, no surprises.
